A Quiet Polling Place

In larger format, you can see that one of the signs warns against loitering. Good thing there wasn’t a line out the door.

This was taken at around 11:30 AM, right before lunch time. I understand that in the nearby polling centers, voters were in line for an average of 3 hours.
