Pissed Off at Stimulus Checks

Munchdiggy is a bartender who depends on tips. Those tips are pretty sparse right now because gas and food prices are keeping customers away. So when Uncle Sam promised him a stimulus check and then applied it to his defaulted student loans instead, the only thing it stimulated was munchdiggy’s anger (thanks, Sarolta Cump):
